Patagonia On Foot's team of educators selects applicants with the objective of forming a group rich in experiences, backgrounds, personalities and places of origin.
We want each member to achieve the greatest benefit and be a source of inspiration for others.
The selected applicants will receive an email with the necessary documentation to be able to make the expedition.

Curriculum.
At Patagonia on Foot, what we change is the way we teach and learn. We replace walls, windows, blackboards and computers with mountains, lakes and forests. Our students are protagonists and not spectators: they observe, feel and live situations that are impossible to reproduce in the traditional classroom context.
In this course you will:

Get to know yourself in depth and identify your profile as a leader.

Be part of a team, identify its characteristics and value its potential.

Use outdoor techniques and environmental conservation.

Acquire tools to make mountain outings autonomously and safely.
In addition to:

Assemble and hike with a backpack.

Set up a camp and cook mountain food.

Relate safety with comfort.

Interpret the variables that affect the planning of activities in nature.

Know the correct use of technical equipment and the importance of its care.

Learn about safety and emergency procedures in different environments.
