Estanislao Bachrach – Full Time Innovation, Change and Leadership professor. Estanislao Bachrach is Founder and Director of Cocolab, an international consulting firm, and full-time Innovation, Leadership & Neuroscience in Business Research Professor and Academic Director of an Executive Education Program in Creativity & Innovation at the School of Business, Torcuato Di Tella University. He was a faculty member, as an Instructor in Pediatrics, at Harvard Medical School, since from 2004 to 2006. His expertise and research in the field of science entails mainly molecular biology and genetics, related to the development of neuroscience, change, creativity, emotions and innovation. He studied biology at the School of Science and Mathematics, Buenos Aires University, with a degree in Biology in 1997. He was awarded the prestigious Bourse Docteur Ingenieur scholarship from the French CNRS. This enabled him to continue his studies at the University of Montpellier II where he, later in 2001, got his PHD. In 2002 he started his postdoctoral work at the Boston Children’s Hospital. While conducting his research, he taught Genetic Engineering and Biology to entrepreneurs, start-ups, young scientists, and technology men, at Harvard. He was awarded the Certificate of Distinction in Teaching Biological Sciences for four years in a row. He was also nominated to the esteemed Joseph R. Levenson Memorial Teaching Prize of Harvard University. Once back in Argentina, he finished an Executive MBA at Torcuato Di Tella. He published two books, Agilmente in 2012, and EnCambio in 2014, and both became best and long seller in Argentina and Latin America. He writes twice a month in Revista La Nacion. At present, he teaches Innovation and Emotional Intelligence in both, the MBA and the Undergraduate programs in Argentina and Spain. He dedicates most of his time working with businessmen and women, teachers and elite sport people. He is also an active collaborator with the NGO Teach for Argentina, an active Board Member of the NGO LIDERAR.
