Pro Tip: If you have a Keycard from previous years, you can reload it online and head straight to the lifts—no need to stop at any terminal or ticket window.
2. Pick up your pass at the "Easy Pay" Kiosks
If you don't have a physical card yet, the system will email you a QR code. When you arrive at the base of the mountain, look for the 'Easy Pay' kiosks. Simply scan your QR code, and the station will print your physical Keycard in seconds. No ticket office lines, no waiting!

The 'Easy Pay' station is very easy to spot as soon as you arrive at the base. Once you have your Keycard in hand, you’re all set—no need to look any further.
Your Patagonia on Foot instructor will be waiting right there to greet you and head straight to the slopes. This way, we start your private lesson without delay.
Total Peace of Mind: We stay in constant contact via WhatsApp from the moment you leave your hotel until we meet at the base. We’ll be there to greet you personally, ensuring your only focus is enjoying the snow.
